Mono’s show that night personally the best live performance I’ve ever attended to, sound-wise. Never been I’ve experience a live band performance that produces the sound for more superior, the kind of sound you’ll only get on live spaces. Maybe it’s because the crowdless audience, enabling me to roam freely and find the best sound projection spot in the middle, and not too close from the other audience. Intense, fuckin intense, I was closing my eyes almost the whole performance, because I find the spectacular visuals are hard too resist, but then I’d lose focus in the middle of zen. Some weed would actually do me (and a lot others) a favor. Akhirnya cuman curi2 asep.

Right before, the organizers told us to only take pictures during the first 3 songs. Yeah, right. Kaya acara lu laku aje. Besides, 3 songs from mono could take a lot longer. When I pointed out their mistakes, the kicked me out of the press pit simply because I’m not using an SLR camera. Poor, very poor professionality.
But they’re actually doing a favor, by guiding me not to take pictures and enjoy the awesome show.
