Me: I tried to access this particular site but keep on failing.
Technical Support: And how long this problem has been occurred, sir?
Me: Virtually, around two weeks or so.
Technical Support: Have you tried ping-ing its IP, sir?
Me: Yes. I tried.
Technical Support: Have you unplugged the connection cable and plugged it again minutes later?
Me: I did.
Technical Support: Repaired the connection?
Me: Done it.
Technical Support: And nothing worked, right..sir?
Me: No. Zip. Nothing. None. How about your connection?
Technical Support: Our connection is fine, sir. Can you access other sites other than that one?
Me: Strangely, yes. Have you blocked any sites for whatever reason?
Technical Support: No. We blocked no site for no one, sir. Maybe the site is just down for a moment, sir.
Me: For the whole two weeks?
