Posted by 1 year, 7 months agoit’s been a while since ma last ‘crying’ session here, in my dearest
online journal ever. so many things happened to me since then. so many
good things flooded me with so many loves and smiles. i never know that
love could be so beautiful. thanks Lord.not
more than 12 hours from now we’re going to open another new page of
this beautiful life, we’re going to face another 12 months without
knowing what would happen in those days. who could tell? we only have
to go on with this life, with lots of faith in love and do love. to
anyone. to your loved ones, as well as to your enemies. hah!
another impossibility. how could we love our enemy? tell me about it,
dude! i know it’s hard. i came to easily hate anyone who hurt me. but
try sincerely forgive them, friends.i understand the
it-ain’t-gonna-happen-in-my-life stuff, but try to think about the
peaceful burts into your heart. it’s not for anyone else. it’s for you.we
failed to see the world because we failed to see ourselves….
Hello world!

Bill Gates everlasting rivalry symbolized as magicians –starred by Batman,
Wolverine, Ziggy Stardust, and Gollum - would work brilliantly as a feature
film? Another evidence that you just can’t go wrong with Christopher Nolan.
Clerks IIEver wondering why a film that
features ‘inter-species erotica’ ended up received a roaring applause at Cannes? Maybe because it
was able to speak to your ‘inner child’ no other movie could manage. Sure it
wasn’t as hilarious as the first one. But the matured Kevin Smith managed to
balance his trademark crude humor and sensibility that ‘child at heart’
thirtysomethings –or any adults in general- could relate to. Don’t be surprised
when you finished the movie all teary eyes – not by laughter.

Introduction
Insomnia is defined as a complaint of difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, and/or nonrestorative sleep, which results in daytime consequences. Older adults suffer from difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep, but the most common complaints in the elderly are of sleep-maintenance insomnia (an inability to maintain sleep throughout the night) and early-morning insomnia (awakening early in the morning with an inability to return to sleep).
Research has shown that when compared with those who don't have sleep problems, adults with insomnia report diminished quality of life, depression, and anxiety[1,2] and experience slower reaction times, poorer balance, and poorer memory.[3-5] Furthermore, cognitive function in older adults with insomnia has been shown to be reduced compared with controls who have ...
